Mary has a long history with "NMM." The founders of our original company found a star in her, her love for her position shows. Her years of experience are exceeded only by her kindness and patience. She makes packing an art form, creating specialized boxes for unusual items and tending to fine china and crystal with kid glove care.
Mary has a medical background which enhances her compassion and caring attitude.
A "Buckeye" transplant, Mary enjoys trips to Disney with her family, puppies, reading, history and world travel when given the time.
Andrea Leach

Andrea's positive attitude and organizational skills are the perfect fit for her position on complicated and diverse projects.
As a retired art teacher, Andrea's creative touch lends the perfect balance for projects requiring an element of design.
A supporter of Hospice and Cleveland Clinic Cancer Research, Andrea's empathy runs deep and shows with others in need of friendly and understanding assistance.
Andrea finds delight in her leisure time creating arts & crafts, zumba and visiting with her family in her hometown of Dayton, Ohio.

Pat's willingness to help and unprecedented packing skills, attention to detail and calm demeanor are a great asset to our team. She can tackle any packing project and is often found preparing large kitchens for a move. Her organizing skills are most helpful when unpacking.
After organizing retail bookstores in her "past life" Pat is also comfortable in a library and handles valuable ephemera with special care.
In addition to reading, Pat spends her spare time with family and traveling. Pat has moved several times in her life, including a trans pacific move to Hawaii, which helps her to relate to the complexities of a move.

With a background in education and administration, Bonnie is a detail oriented team member. Her strong work ethic and great sense of humor ensure her welcome on any type of moving project. Bonnie finds joy in helping clients along with her "work family".
Originally from Leominster, MA, Bonnie has spent many years enjoying the Naples area.
When she's not helping our neighbors, she enjoys puzzles, entertaining family & friends and summertime trips to the coast of Maine.

Maureen is our "get it done" team member, no matter what the challenge may be. Her enthusiasm, patience and willingness to help always make a moving project a pleasant time. Maureen's strength and fortitude compliment her foolproof packing skills.
The best mix of Texas & New Jersey, Maureen enjoys her home in Naples, tending to her animals, involvement in fellowship, time with her family, helping at the school, and cooking up some of the best Texas goodies on earth.

Debbie brings her technical strengths and varied administrative skills to our team when support is needed. She remains focused on any task at hand for the greater good of our support team, whether it's errands for clients or utilities management, her patience and calm attitude keep our business running smoothly.
As a former realtor, Debbie knows the importance of multi tasking.
Her take on "NMM" is "We can conquer all." This quote from a Notre Dame graduate means a lot to our small business.
When she is not helping her favorite charities, Debbie can be found on the golf course or spending time with her large family and 2 cats.
Lisa Vance

Lisa is a former team leader for NMM. After 13 years in Naples, she was called home to Texas to help her family. Our only remote worker knows the hands on aspects of our jobs, which helps her walk our clients through their move. Lisa knows who should be where, when and doing what. We call her our walking calendar.
Lisa's compassion and friendly attitude can help anyone get through even the worst day.
Her creative skills are staggering including crafting, painting and home decor.
Lisa's dedicated volunteer work through the Sunshine Kids brought us together. With a close family, Lisa treats all others as if they are her own family.
